By accessing and using the website and services of EGZ DRYWALL & PAINTING LLC ("Company"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all B2B clients, general contractors, developers, and residential homeowners ("Client") engaging our services.
EGZ DRYWALL & PAINTING LLC provides the following commercial and residential interior systems services:
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. A signed contract and deposit (typically 25-50% for commercial projects) are required to secure project scheduling. Change orders will be documented and require client approval before additional work begins.
Commercial Clients: Net 30 payment terms available upon approved credit. Retainage of 10% may apply per industry standard.

Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside the control of EGZ Drywall & Painting LLC, including but not limited to carrier network issues or service availability.
We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from project completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and are subject to their specific terms. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, or acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the total contract amount. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of profits, or project delays beyond our reasonable control.
All project blueprints, designs, and specifications provided by the Client remain the property of the Client. However, EGZ DRYWALL & PAINTING LLC retains the right to use photographs of completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.
